The hotel is part of a KOA. It is in a quiet area outside of town. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Our room was small but clean and comfortable.

My mixed emotions about this place. Loved the area. Staff is super friendly, they have breakfast included, is this area it saves you a few bucks. Rooms are renovated, clean linens, towels with all the essentials. Coffee maker, microwave and fridge. They also have a laundry facility which is super convenient. Entrance to Yellowstone National Park is just minutes away. Lots of beautiful shops at a short drive. Just because it looks separated from the town on the map doesn't mean anything. It literally takes you 6 to 7 minutes to get there. The only negative thing I have to mention about it:(there's nothing anyone can do to change it) This place is loud. We stayed on the first floor, and we could hear the people walking on the hallway, the sound of the water running in other rooms, and the morning and night buzz. It doesn't mean it's the same on the second floor I'm just giving my personal opinion. Now, that doesn't mean we had a bad time as we stayed in this place, it was just worth the mention. There's a small lake only a few minutes away, my husband and I really enjoyed the drive going there. Over all a really nice experience.

For $250 per night it should have hot breakfast! McDonald’s is better. Could use an elevator. Some of your guests are over 60

Mountain Vista Hotel is an excellent choice for visitors to Yellowstone. Located just 7 miles from the West Entrance, it offers convenient access to the park while maintaining a peaceful setting. The property is exceptionally clean and well maintained, with comfortable rooms and attentive service. Highly recommended for families and anyone seeking a reliable stay near Yellowstone.

Demasiado caro para lo que es. No limpian la habitación no hacen las camas cuando estás más de una noche. No cambian las toallas excepto que las pidas en recepción. Es muy caro como para permitirse ese lujo. Además, el desayuno es muy deficiente, apenas hay nada para elegir y muy pocas mesas.

Beautiful setting, wonderful staff and very clean hotel. Rooms next to you are not very sound proof. Hotel does have a quiet time policy and so noise was never an issue for us. Would highly recommend this hotel!
