The property needs some sprucing. 1 elevator was out of order the whole 5 days. The pool was not open due to maintenance issues. There was visible water damage to ceiling in rooms and throughout. Carpets should be replaced.

Please do not book at this property. Upon entering the lobby it had a hobble smell to it. From there I still proceeded to check in hoping that the room would be much better. I was given room 222, which was horrible. It smelled so moldy and the carpet was damp and looked old. I immediately went downstairs and as la if there was another room. The gentleman assigned me to room 224…which was worst. It was late so we decided to stay. The next day coming back from a procedure, we went back into the room and it the smell was worst. The wallpaper was peeling from the wall, stains on the couch and we saw 2 dead roaches in the bedroom area. I automatically packed up my things and went to the Hyatt. I would never step foot recommend that property to anyone. That place needs to be shut down.

My son and I stay at this hotel was very nice Purpose of this stay my son had his prom 2025 at Jericho Terrence and we live in the Bronx so it made things easy for him to get ready have a great night and come back to stay the night at the hotel instead of traveling back to Bronx late at night I choose this hotel for the pool as well so while he was at the prom I stayed on the pool Unfortunately the jacuzzi the water was at right temperature but the jets weren't what they should have been comfortable bed goodnight sleep pillows wasn't our favorite but I think that's with alot of people some bring there own pillow the room had a microwave Keurig and refrigerator all were a plus definitely would stay again if I needed too also a plus close to places to shop and get some food or food delivery close to buses and the Long Island railroad which we took here and back home since I don't drive hope this helps you choose to stay here
My son and I stayed here because his prom 2025 was taking place at Jericho terrace and we live in the Bronx so staying at a hotel close by was more convenient for us
Pool was nice and empty I was in there while my son was at his prom from 7 till 11pm when they closed the spa area only issue the jacuzzi was nice temperature but the jets weren't working as they should have

Room 414. Shower tab did not lift. Staff unable to assist. Let us shower in another room since we had a wedding to go to. Came back and they said was fixed. My husband had to force the tab to shower. I could not do it myself. Looking to use the business center and computer not in use. Second floor carpeting is sticky near elevator. For the price, bad value.
