The lady on reception was really welcoming. The room was clean. The bath towel was large. A real plus. The hotel fulfilled its function to perfection. A helpful lady on reception and a comfortable bed for the night.

A pre-airport stay. Very easy to park, warm welcome at reception, fast check in. The entire building looked and smelt very clean. Good facilities in the room; tea/coffee, hairdryer, TV, extra pillows, plenty of towels.

I have no qualm with the hotel itself but having arrived in the early hours of the morning to be confronted by a barrier with no instructions no intercom I spent 40 minutes trying to find the hotel I had to go into the service station a simple notice or a number to call This really needs to be addressed and speaking to a telephone system when all you want to do is go to bed !!
