Fine resort but no AC!

This place was good - slightly dated but overall fine with one major exception - NO AIR CONDTIONING! This is probably fine for 10 months of the year but not in July and August. I didn’t sleep well because it was too hot.

Our stay was wonderful. The suite was we'll appointed. We suggest to have the elevator floor mats clean more often. The pool was too crowded on Sunday after 9 pm.

Location Location Location

Love this area for skiing. Easy ski in and out in blackcomb. Even in april still was easy. One hot tub wasnt working. But other one was and met great people every night there. Pool is also warm enough to stay in for an extended period. Also used the outdoor bbq area. All in good shape too. Ill be back

Great location for skiing!

The location is absolutely what we were looking for. Rental downstairs, walk 30 meters to the slopes and start skiing! The unit itself was a little more run down than the photos showed but still ok. The kitchen is stocked on a very basic level..so not the best if you like to cook. All in all though, can't beat the location for convenience to skiing and the upper village. The shuttle to and from the main village is also just out the front door. Would rent here again!

Great location and good place to stay

Overall, the condo was great and the staff were all phenomenal —they were the best part. We hadn’t noticed it was a hotel when booking but it had amenities that were great and the ski in ski out was very handy that you wouldn’t normally find outside a hotel. The only downside was it lacked touches of a residence as everything seemed optimized for efficiency rather than comfort. Not bad but just not homey. I don’t feel like drawn to return but I would be absolutely happy staying here again.

Nice property overall , housekeeping was marginal although clean towels were delivered daily along with shower amenities. Unit was pretty nice although small for six . Pool and hot tub were very nice and location to Blackcomb was awesome

Great location for Skiing, plenty of room for a family of 5.

Great place for Ski in/out. Ski valet was very convenient. Heated pool and hot tubs were a plus after a long day of skiing. Providing hot chocolate at the end of the day was a nice touch. Shuttle bus stop is right outside the entry. Staff was friendly and helpful.
