The lady who checked us in was very helpful, thought we had arrived early, she was able to secure a parking space. Which was first come first served. It was nice to be right on the main Village street, close access to everything. Oh, and a bonus, she upgraded our room for free.... it was a nice unexpected gift. Thank you.

Great location but if you want to ski on the day you checkout you must move your car by 1pm from their underground parking? Check-in is at 4pm so they are inconvenienceing just for fun. Also $30 day to park. Room was clean, bed was comfy, hot tub and pool area were good. Lots of towels and robes. I would stay again

If you want 50 foot high ceilings and a super small room this is for you. Literally could make a two story room and at least made the bathroom larger to where you are no showering and using the toilet at the same time. For the price not worth it. Location was good and bed was fine.

Very happy with this booking. We have stayed in many places in Whistler but never here. They provided us a room with a private hot tub overlooking the village stroll. Beyond satisfied!! Looking forward to returning again next week.

Excellent location in central village walking to lots of pubs and dinning and shopping. Hotel is comfortable and spacious. Only thing was the bathroom tap was moving all over the place and the water pressure in the tub/shower was extremely slow took 45min to run a bath. Overall not bad sleep was comfortable and kitchen fully stocked.

Property definitely showing some wear. I don’t recommend the loft rooms. Stairway is steep and perilous, small amount of useful space in bedroom bath or living roomdespite being listed as having 100 ft.² more than their regular room. Recommend the regular queen room instead.

I spent time and left a letter at front desk. A stairway switch wired wrong is always checked on completion. I paid to relax not work out why a loft light sometime working. Staff great

Nice but too loud

Nice little older hotel. Great location. Staff are super helpful and friendly. However the room was EXTREMELY loud at night. First you hear all the noise from the restaurant patio and then all the people leaving the bars. So loud we couldn’t sleep. If you stay here don’t get a room looking into the village stroll.
