We were put in a room That was not as described by Expedia. It listed that It had a balcony and separate eating/kitchen area which is had neither. Our original room also had a bodily fluid mark on the headboard…… The staff were lovely and swapped our room but we were surprised with the lack of discount or even an offer of free parking.

Sweet room

Where do I start?… From the moment I arrived David greeted me at the door open the door parked my car handled my luggage all the way to my room. He was efficient and professional. When I approached the front desk, Dennis was very accommodating. He offered to pick us up from the airport, he also offered us any sundries we could possibly need. And he explained all the hotels amenities. We returned our rental car and Derrick came in the company car and picked us up! He drove very safely and as we went, he explained all the fun and exciting things to do around the hotel. Honestly, this was one of the nicest, cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The attention to detail is amazing! When in town, I will always stay here. I give it a 10/10. Btw… the pictures for the advertisement do not do it justice. It is far more beautiful than you think.

From the moment we got checked in by Charlie at the front desk, who was so friendly and welcoming, to parking and walking into our cozy and inviting loft suite, our mini escape holiday here has been amazing. The location is so central and the room was lovely, especially the balcony where we enjoyed suntanning with drinks and looking at the stars later at night. Overall, this has been one of the best hotel experiences we have had and we will definitley be back.

We had taken the Queen Loft bedroom and there was no direct lift access to the room entrance. It needed us to climb 1 floor even after taking the lift due to the way of design.
