Check in was fine but I did make a note about my fiancés birthday when making the reservation so a small gesture would’ve been nice but there was nothing in the room. The room was also dirty, there was multiple hand prints on the window which we had to take a photo of and show the front desk to get cleaned. The surfaces/ bathroom mirror also weren’t totally clean. The AC was not working and we had to get a technician to fix it but it didn’t really improve. Overall I would rate it a 6/10 - I expected better.

The location is unbeatable—just steps from the Whistler Village and conveniently close to the gondolas for easy access to the slopes. 🏔️ Room Experience: The suite was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciated the fireplace and the Westin’s signature Heavenly Bed, which truly lived up to its name. After long days of hiking and exploring, it was the perfect retreat. 🍽️ Dining & Amenities: Dining at the on-site restaurant, Grill & Vine, was a delight—fresh ingredients, beautifully plated meals, and attentive service. The spa facilities are also worth highlighting. Whether you’re looking for a deep tissue massage or a moment in the eucalyptus steam room, relaxation is just a robe away. 🎿 Overall Impression: The resort balances comfort with elegance in a way that’s ideal for couples, solo travelers, and families alike. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate any requests, and their friendliness made the experience feel personal. Would I come back? Absolutely. Not quite what we needed, but good.

Nice location on the edge of the village. We had a king loft suite. Perfect for two people, tight for more The loft bedroom is small — no bedside table on one side of the bed — and quite warm in the peak of summer. AC was set max low but the loft stayed at 23-24°. We asked for a small fan to help cool us down. Loft has a small TV, dresser and closet. Stairs are steep, and it is fully open to the living space below, so privacy is zero if anyone is staying on the pullout couch below. The living space is large and cozy. 20+ foot windows almost make up for not having a balcony. There is a 4-seat dining table and another dresser and closet. The bathroom is well appointed with a full tub as a bonus. The shower is quite tiny and housekeeping very sparing in refilling amenities. Where these suites fail is the “kitchen”. We wanted a functional kitchen. This is not it. Mini fridge. 2-burner cooktop. Inexplicably, a full sized oven & dishwasher. But what are you cooking in that oven with only 2 pots and 1 frying pan? You have exactly 4 plates, and 4 bowls to serve in. The full-sized dishwasher had to run daily — and it wasn’t even a quarter full. Worst of all is the single serving coffeemaker. It takes ages to cool between cups, and generates huge plastic waste per serving. We had to chase refills for coffee and tea every day as housekeeping was stingy. Hotel amenities are great. Big gym, and pool has lots of seating. Friendly staff. Restaurants are good. Overall: decent.

Really good location, lots of food options, conveniently located within walking distance to Whistler Village with lots of cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops. Lots of activities and everything else located within a short walk. The loft was spacious and very convenient for us. Kitchen was fully furnished and washer/dryer located within the hotel on each floor. Kids swimming pool and hot spa bath was really nice. Love the golfing offered across the road. All up a great location with good experience.
