Not the property fault but we had a dog next door that kept us awake Got back to the room on our last day to get an early sleep but ended up leaving and going home do to the dog constantly barking. Felt for the dog beating left alone all day Stay away from the spa was a massive disappointment

Room stunk and terrible customer service. They were overbooked and couldn’t keep up with the demand. It’s too bad because this place used to be really nice. Took 1.5 hours to get our bags. I’m a huge fan of Weston resorts, but unfortunately I won’t be coming back to the Westin Whistler.

Great property, and superb customer service from all staff (front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, and concierge). We had to extend our stay by two nights, and Richard at the front desk went out of his way to make sure we could stay in the same room. The Westin felt like a home away from home, from the amenities, up-keep of the property, location, and attention to detail. Thank you to everyone, and we can't wait to be back next year!

We booked Westin for our 3 day ski vacation with kids. the hotel has amazing location but other than that our stay was okay. Very unwelcoming staff at the check in desk, no additional information about hotel or its amenities, just issued our room keys and was irritated when I have to ask additional information about pool and hot tub. Our room was not cleaned two days in a row and we had to call to request for room service/ I did not expect it from Westin.
