Accommodation Only (Full House)
The price shown on VRBO covers full-house rental for up to 10 guests.
Additional overnight guests: $60 per person, per night (maximum of 20 guests total inside the house).

31–100 guests: +$60 per person
101+ guests: +$50 per person
Cleaning Fee:$800 mandatory for all events
HST 13% Applied to all totals

For events with over 50 guests, it is the client’s responsibility to rent a portable restroom for guests’ use.
