Hello! Meet Mercedes & Aunt Jill! Mercedes and her husband, own this beautiful piece of property, and Aunt Jill rents out the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Mercedes and Gabe are a military family, and currently stationed out of the state. While away, Aunt Jill is living onsite to help maintain and facilitate an inviting home for you to enjoy. Aunt Jill is a mature female, semi-retired traveling health care professional. She also has a wonderful and friendly dog.

The upstairs is ALL YOURS! This property provides a private upper floor suite with lake front property on Cedar Island Lake! Includes King Bed, Mounted flatscreen TV, large double walk in closet, private full bath with jetted tub, linen closet with shelves, and dedicated office in separate room. In addition, parking, full lake access with dock, LARGE backyard area, sandy walk out beach, fully furnished back deck with patio furniture.

You will have full access to the house (kitchen, living room, laundry room, and yard). Restricted access to Jill's private bedroom and bathroom.

Things to Note:
- In order for Mercedes and her husband to keep the house, Aunt Jill is stepping in to pay rent and help maintain and facilitate an inviting home for you to enjoy. Aunt Jill is a mature female, semi-retired traveling health care professional. She lives onsite downstairs with her wonderful and friendly dog! Jill loves being outside on the back deck with a glass of wine watching the sunset over the lake. She is quiet, easy going, and welcoming!
