I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my experience. The staff at check-in and check-out were very nice and welcoming, which made the process smooth and easy. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the overall atmosphere. However, I did notice that the parking garage and the escalator areas had a strong smell of weed throughout my stay. This took away from the otherwise pleasant experience. I hope this can be addressed to improve the environment for all guests.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but this place is a dump. You have to park in a sketchy parking garage with a stairwell that smells like people have been using it as a urinal for generations. I’m so unpicky about most things.. I was ok with the no frills room.. the badly stained floor mat in the bathroom wasn’t great, but I flipped it over.. just to reveal much worse stains on the other side. Had to inspect each towel carefully before using, and while brushing my teeth, a bug ran up the wall next to my face. If I had booked a $60 a night motel I’d have expected this, but this was over $200. There were a number of “characters” around the parking lot. I’d suggest 1) ideally, don’t stay here or 2) don’t arrive late at night

The staff is the hidden gem.

Every single staff member we met was above and beyond friendly and helpful. We were between apartments for a couple of days with our cats. The property looks old, but is clean. The staff is why I would recommend this hotel.

The stay was quick Easy and pleasant. The front desk customer service Da’Quan was excellent he was friendly efficient and professional! I enjoyed the check in the process. The room had a scent that wasn’t so pleasant but once I opened the window and got fresh air in it subsided. The halls are quiet. There’s a gas station right next door which made it easy to grab and go if needed. The bed was comfortable I liked that they had Netflix as wel.
