You’ll love this mountaintop condo with wooded valley views! The home is located in Kingswood Condominiums at the top of the Quechee Ski Area, yet still convenient to the golf course - perfect for enjoying all of Quechee's four-season amenities.

Walk into the main living level of the home, where you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen that is open to the dining room. Down a flight of stairs is the living room, with vaulted ceilings and sprawling windows welcoming you onto the home's deck - complete with a table and grill.

Continue down the stairs to the lower bedroom level of the home, and you’ll find three bedrooms that share a full bathroom. A second full bathroom may be found off the main level hallway.

The property is a member of the Quechee Club, which permits guests to purchase optional amenity access to the Quechee Club activities such as golf, ski, aquatics, fitness center, and more. For more information about these optional packages, please contact the Quechee Club directly.

The Quechee Club boasts two championship golf courses (Highland and Lakeland) in the summer which, in the winter, provide groomed Nordic skiing trails. In addition, Quechee offers tennis, paddle tennis, skiing, and an array of options for swimmers, hikers, and fishermen. The Club House has multiple dining options as well as a state-of-the-art fitness facility with indoor and outdoor pools. These Quechee Club amenities require rental packages and are available upon request from the Quechee Club directly.

Quechee is centrally located between Woodstock, Vermont, and Hanover, New Hampshire (home of Dartmouth College). Hanover and Woodstock combine the quaintness of beautiful New England villages with the cultural sophistication of a college town. Galleries, unique shops, museums, and a variety of excellent and unique dining experiences are available. Killington and Pico are approximately 30 minutes from Quechee and offer world-class skiing, mountain biking, golf, and other year-round activities.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
