Hallways were being redecorated so once this is done it will be a great place. Simple, clean and very comfortable and friendly. Cafe in the building is again simple and very affordable but really good.

Suite felt more like a home than a hotel room so it was a perfect anniversary getaway spot. Woke up to views of sand and waves. Easy walk to Canada’s longest pier and to breakfast at Uli’s. The train tracks are right across the street from Ocean Promenade so the next time we visit (and we certainly will), I’ll be sure to bring my new AirPod 3s. Inviting retro vibes at Ocean Promenade. Think glass block wall letting in diffuse light and a hot tub in the carpeted bedroom. Brought a warmth and smile to this couple :) Excellent value too!

Radiant heating in the bathroom floor! Bed comfortable. Room clean, staff friendly. We had everything we needed. There was not a view from our room-no balcony. We had to go through the building and back outside to access our room. Windows faced the sidewalk in front of our room that was essentially a walkway between our hotel and the neighboring building. The view is not why we chose the hotel, thankfully! We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Large, comfortable room. Easy check-in. Dining options within walking distance, however making it on foot to the town's centre is quite a hike - not unlike one would experience in parts of San Francisco. Underground parking is limited and can be a bit of a tight squeeze.
