Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Trash can be taken through the backyard to the dumpster that is conveniently located just outside the back gate.
Please lock the back door. Please pull the front door closed shut behind you to ensure it locks fully as well.
Please set both thermostats to their seasonal unoccupied temp: Summer = 80 degrees; Winter = 68 degrees.
