The front desk staff were friendly. The hotel is a little run down. The shower was terrible with water running all over the floor. The mattress was hard. It’s close to food places and right off the highway.

The hallways were never vacuumed the 4 days we stayed. There were specific items on floor that I was waiting to be picked up and never were also bits of tissue. The pool was closed!! It was 90degrees. We are from Canada would have loved to sit around pool or at least lay on deck chair it should be weather dependent especially for folks coming from a colder climate and if you are having hot weather keep it open

I liked the convenient location relative to the airport, and it was fairly easy to go to the local stores and other attractions. My only real issues were the neighborhood, which I understand the hotel can't control, and the wi-fi signal. For my room, it was a little inconsistent, so that could use some improvement. That said, the free breakfast was very good, and the staff were very accommodating about fixing my key cards and bringing fresh towels.

The area felt very unsafe that the hotel was in. They no longer have shuttle service to the airport either which was why i chose this hotel.
