Big room. Comfy bed. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Wish the big holiday inn bus wasn’t blocking the carport since it was raining. We had to load up our car in the rain. And the restaurant had terrible service. But the hotel alone was great.

Mix reviews on the Staff. a few nice ladies were very Sweet. Everyone else was very rude. Hair dryer didn't work, second one smoked. they never cleaned the rooms. They would give you fresh towels but you had to go to the front desk to get them. Hey, the elevators are pretty fast.

My room smelled like it had t been cleaned. I had to clean the toilet because there was tried pee on it. 4 of the towels were dirty and had hair on them. The linen on my bed hadn’t even been changed. It was very wrinkled and had hair on the sheets. We had a connecting room and my daughters told me after we left they found bugs in the bathroom. Needless to say. We won’t ever be staying there again!!!!!!

Staff was nice. Well maintained. Pool is always cool. Hallways need lighting upgrades. Outside area in back is well maintained and such a nice surprise.
