The staff was great; very accomodating. The room was okay. We had a king bed but there was only one night stand. A small table was provided, but there wasn't a wall socket to charge a phone. The staff said that they were working on that but it was for a later date. The blanket on the bed was very cumbersome. We ased for a light weight blanket. All they had was a ragged old one one

I have stayed here for over 15 years and it is consistently the best hotel in Wichita, KS. It’s charming, historic, clean, comfortable, & SAFE. In the heart of Old Town, it’s within walking distance to many restaurants & drinking establishments. The staff is unmatched in their ability to make you feel welcome and relaxed. I can’t say enough… book this hotel, you won’t be disappointed!

The hotel and the room were beautiful and spacious. Everything was perfect with one exception: I like to sleep in a cool room, with the window open if possible. I also don't like the sound of air conditioning. I couldn't get the room cool enough for a good sleep without the air con on all night... Not sure if there's a fix for that. But otherwise, LOVED it.

Room was clean and the hotel design was great BUT… There was no hot water. I told the hotel staff that that room had no hot water and they stated “It does that when we have a full hotel”. Seems like the fact that hot water is sometimes not available would be great information to know before booking.

We had a great stay at Hotel at Old Town! Very clean and very roomy. Well appointed room even had a cook top, dishwasher and large refrigerator. Bed was comfy. Location was within walking distance of lots of bars/breweries and restaurants. Free parking. Live jazz and a bar in the hotel lobby (at least on the Saturday night we were there). Highly recommend!
