Almost 4pm. Checked in. Went to my room and it wasn’t ready. Was told it would be 20 minutes and no couldn’t put me in a different room. 30 minutes later put me in a different room. Couldn’t do it when I checked in but did it later 😵‍💫😵‍💫

Room was dirty, hair in tub, no towels, sheet were. Shredded. Bedside light did not work. Refrigerator was dirty. Food frozen in freezer. Told manager he acted like i did something wrong . Showed him pictures all he offered was 10% discount. I checked out today and book a different hotel.

A good night's rest, with no stress.

The room we were initially assigned had a couple of issues, and the staff were quick to resolve the matter, and in fact upgraded the room from a single queen to a double queen room with no conflict. I was very happy with the quality of service, and when we were settled, it was quite comfortable, clean, and nice and quiet.

The best I can say is it was better than sleeping in my car. The staff were very nice. The bed linens and towels were of very poor quality with cigarette burns and stains. The carpet was so dirty that my white socks were filthy after only walking across the room. The safety lock on the door did not work and there was an ineffective chain lock on the door.

08.07.25 - Queen bed, 1st floor: the stay was actually fine, it wasn’t anything spectacular, but it wasn’t supposed to be. The furniture inside the room is extremely worn, to the point where the leather chair is peeling and looks like something they picked up at a garage sale. The carpet is not clean, either, it’s vacuumed, but if you walk around on it and then look at your feet, you can tell it hasn’t been deep cleaned in a long time. The towels are also extremely small, they are like extra large hand towels, and it would’ve been nice if there was a coffee maker in the room. There’s a refrigerator in a microwave and an ironing board… But no coffee maker. It’s a commuter hotel and I get that, but the walls are paper thin plus being on the first floor made for excessive noise upstairs with heavy foot traffic. The overnight stay served its purpose, but given the choices in the area I probably wouldn’t stay here again. Improvements need to be made if they are going to compete. 6.9 out of 10 Recommend. —J
