I was sick and needed a late check out to get a little more rest. It was refused and i was charged for the whole next night even though we left the hotel at 3pm. The parking lot was empty. They were not in need of our room.

Good on a budget

This hotel is good if you want to travel on a budget and still have a nice comfortable bed and a hot shower. The decor isn’t luxury by any means, but it’s relatively new and in good condition and clean. We had a room that had a door that adjoined to the room next-door, and there was some noise, but if you have it earplugs, you’re all good!

Nice and clean place to stay near Wichita.

The hotel is very clean. It is not connected to the casino, which we did not realize when we booked it. It is nice and quiet and the included breakfast is good too.

The staff was all very friendly, the bedding was not comfortable and the hotel was noisy-we could here every step from the room above us :( The breakfast left a lot to be desired and not having decaf coffee was a bummer

This was our first time staying at this hotel. We had went to a concert and decided to stay here after. The staff was very helpful. Our room was nice and clean and the beds were a little on the hard side, but I’m OK with . For the most part was very quiet except for our heater in the room kicking off and on it was a little noisy. We shuttled back-and-forth to the casino had very friendly drivers! The continental breakfast was good and the coffee was amazing! Had a great time definitely recommend this place and will stay again!!
