We loved the welcome gift that awaited you when you entered the room. The breakfast was great, there was an expanse of choice and you helped yourself. The bed was so very comfortable and a great size. The room was quiet and the shower was really good. Would definitely visit again.

Clean, spacious, comfortable room.

We stayed in an Executive room for the second time whilst visiting family. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. We were provided with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and crisps. We had forgotten our toothpaste but were able to get a small complimentary pack from reception. It didn't matter to us but we did notice that the only coat hangers were above the room safe so there was nowhere to hang dresses if you had some with you. There was a higher hanging rail without hangers so maybe you could get spare hangers from reception. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

The room was very smelly. After complain it was cleaned. It seems the room was not cleaned properly after the last guest. Also dogs barking in next room was very disturbing.
