Can under 25 rent the condo? No, per our condo by-laws, this listing cannot be rented to anyone under 25.

Can I bring my pet? No, per our condo by-laws, this listing cannot accommodate pets unless required by ADA.

Can I have a senior week party here? No, this is a family friendly condo and neighborhood. Other unit owners stay very often with their families and any violation of the house rules, for ex: not abiding to quiet hours, smoking on the premise, etc, will mean immediate removal without refund. We understand there is a fine line between a gathering and a party, no problem with family gatherings or gatherings of friends to celebrate.

Sorry to have to put the non-fun stuff first but given a recent uptick of inquiries, we wanted to ensure we start with this information first. Now... on to the more enjoyable things. :)


Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally located condo, tucked away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to all the action! 12 min walk to the beach or a 2 min drive, minutes to the bay where you will find silver bullet tours and schooner Island Marina! Walkable to the grocery store, liquor store and restaurants; Beach Creek, Mudhen Brewing, Jellyfish Cafe, Mulligan's, Urie's Waterfront Grill, Santorini and Starbucks to name a few! The boardwalk is just a 5 min drive (1mile) away! Playgrounds, ice cream, mini golf and bike rentals are near by as well!
Welcome to Sandy Feet Retreat, our newly remodeled and furnished beach hideaway! Tucked away on the side rear you will find our relaxing beach condo waiting to be filled with happy memories! The living room is spacious and airy with a queen pull out, tv, board games and toys. Simply flow into the fully stocked kitchen, where you will find all new appliances, island seating as well as a quaint dining area. Down the hall there is as stackable and quiet washer/dryer (15 min quick cycle is amazing😉). The master bedroom is tranquil and chill with a queen sized bed and sliding doors which led out to a fenced in patio with dinning table and outdoor shower. The Sailboat room has a twin over full bunk and the Flip Flop room offers 2 twins. All rooms have black out curtains, fans and 2 sound dohms available if needed. The bright new bathroom has shower/tub combo, shampoo/condition and blow dryer.
You'll have access to the entire unit 2 condo, including private fenced in patio and outdoor shower.
