Location is everything! 1.5 blocks from the beach and boardwalk! Just wait until you see this extraordinary condo built in 2006. This warm and sunny condo features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, amusements, and the Convention Center. Each room decorated summer themes including Finding Nemo themed kids room. Freshly repainted and carpeted throughout. Updated comfortable and stylish furniture. Living room features 12 feet high cathedral ceiling, lots of windows, and 40’ LCD and blu-ray player with Netflix capabilities. Dining room has table that seats 8 and breakfast bar that seats 3 in kitchen. Private terrace with patio furniture. Private garage with room for 3 to park: 2 in garage and one in driveway. 2 outdoor showers outback to rinse off sand.

Enjoy Friday night fireworks every week at the end of the block from the front of the unit! Park your car and walk to all the entertainment!

Experience was wonderful, except for having to drive to dispose off garbage at the public dumpster.

The property is well maintained and spacious. Would be nice if owner can include clean bed sheets and towels for guests since cleaning fees are charged. Usually, other rentals provide those and save guests from having to carry additional luggage.

Super condo très bien situé!

Nous avons passé de super vacances dans ce condo. Propre et bien équipé. Nous étions 7 personnes: 5 adultes et 2 enfants. De la place pour tout le monde à table. La clim a été appréciée. Doug est très gentil et répond rapidement ! Nous recommandons!
