In a multi-family house located directly on the sea on a narrow headland located on the fourth floor in 2019 modernized apartment with balcony and sea views. Bright and light flooded on 64 square meters, the comfortably furnished apartment offers two sleeping places, a sensational rain shower, an open dining area and the covered balcony with a wide view of the Jade Bay. Experience the fascinating variability of the Wadden Sea up close. The kitchen and bedroom window offers a beautiful view of the big harbor. Front water - rear water - more water is just not!

175 living with sea view:
Finally at the sea - a cozy apartment with south-facing balcony and sea views awaits you. In this holiday home on the fourth floor of a popular residential complex can easily make two people holiday. A bedroom with double bed (180 x 200) and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room are at guests' disposal. In the living area, a flat screen DVB-T2 with additional programs offers medial relaxation. A small music system with radio and CD player is also available. The open kitchen is fully equipped and offers a ceramic hob, a combined microwave with oven, toaster, kettle, hand and hand blender, coffee machine and an expresso (cafetera) for the stove, as well as a dishwasher and a fridge and freezer. A highlight of the apartment is the modern bathroom with a large rain shower. A hair dryer is also available.  An associated car parking space is also included with the apartment and must not be booked separately.  The apartment is handicapped friendly, not least by the elevator, which brings you directly in front of the apartment door. In a laundry room on the lowest floor is a washing machine and a dryer for coins (50ct pieces) ready for you.

Wie auf einer Insel

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, von der man von beiden Seiten auf das Wasser blickt. Wir haben unseren Kurzaufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnungsausstattung war hervorragend. Grundsätzlich ist die Lage der Wohnung top, allerdings ist der Weg zum nächsten Bäcker nicht gerade um die Ecke und zu Fuß etwas weit. Auch ist es ohne Vorbestellung kaum möglich einen Platz in den recht wenigen Lokalitäten zu bekommen.

Wasser, wohin man schaut

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Man hat aus jedem Fenster Blick aufs Wasser, entweder auf die Nordsee oder den Hafen. Mehr Wasser geht nicht. Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll und wir würden sie immer wieder buchen und natürlich jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren überwältigt von dieser schönen Fewo. Die Lage zwischen dem Jadebusen und dem großen Hafen ist traumhaft, die Aussicht atemberaubend. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll. Wir kommen gerne wieder
