Long story.
1. There is not mentioning that no shampoo, shower gel/soap are provided on their website and therefore had to run out to get some for the stay.
2. There is no mentioning of extra charge of 5% on using a credit card for cleaning fee that they charge when checking out when their staff onsite did not seem to have knowledge about how to properly process an American debit card. Forcing us to pay with credit card and when inquired about it over the WhatsApp after my children already left, we were offered a cash back when my children were leaving the country which made it very inconvenient and insincere for the stay.
3. This was supposed to be a family X’mas trip but flight got delayed and cancelled for 2 days, we had been constantly communicating with the hotel to find a better and creative solution but their responses were very disappointing and not accommodating. My husband fell quite sick from his business trip in Dubai prior this trip to Curaçao so we decided to stay and let the adult son bring our 16 year old daughter to go on the trip without us after we had been trying to see if there were other options for us not to lose the 2 days of the hotel stay but we couldn’t find a solution with the hotel therefore our children went on a trip on their own.
Overall experience was not good at all.
We would most definitely NOT recommend it!
