Long story. 1. There is not mentioning that no shampoo, shower gel/soap are provided on their website and therefore had to run out to get some for the stay. 2. There is no mentioning of extra charge of 5% on using a credit card for cleaning fee that they charge when checking out when their staff onsite did not seem to have knowledge about how to properly process an American debit card. Forcing us to pay with credit card and when inquired about it over the WhatsApp after my children already left, we were offered a cash back when my children were leaving the country which made it very inconvenient and insincere for the stay. 3. This was supposed to be a family X’mas trip but flight got delayed and cancelled for 2 days, we had been constantly communicating with the hotel to find a better and creative solution but their responses were very disappointing and not accommodating. My husband fell quite sick from his business trip in Dubai prior this trip to Curaçao so we decided to stay and let the adult son bring our 16 year old daughter to go on the trip without us after we had been trying to see if there were other options for us not to lose the 2 days of the hotel stay but we couldn’t find a solution with the hotel therefore our children went on a trip on their own. Overall experience was not good at all. We would most definitely NOT recommend it!

Excellent stay, close to all amenities by car and very friendly & welcoming staff. The apartments are large and spacious and had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. WiFi was great. Plenty of coconut trees on site with refreshing coconuts :) pool areas are well maintained and everything is kept clean and tidy.

I loved my stay at ABC. If you decide to rent a car (which is the best option) this resort is in the middle of everything! Easy to get to beaches, excursions & nightlife. The apartment had all essentials needed. The hosts were easy to contact and often seen around to bring up any concerns if any. Expedia doesn’t include a $85 cleaning fee but for me it was no issue. I really enjoyed my stay!!

Loved my stay here.

Really great resort. Refurbished apartments. Comfortable. Quiet. Well-equipped kitchen. Huge bathroom. Nice pools. You will need to hire a car, but when you do, it is well placed to reach different parts of the island. They resort even has its own fleet of good quality hire cars, but you can also use your own. I loved that it was a little higher inland and therefore got a lot more cooling wind than in Punda. Family-owned. Lovely people. Good quality supermarkets (Centrum and Carrefour) were only a five-minute drive away. Fantastic value-for money. I will definitely come back.

Very comfortable safe clean apartment type resort. Filled with everything you need for your stay, or can find 5 minutes away at a large grocery store. Central island location making it ideal to explore all areas of the island. Rent a car, you need it. Staff is very attentive and friendly, stopping by regularly to check in to say Hi, or ask if anything needed or offer suggestions of things to see, do or dine. 2 centrally located pools to cool off, you need it, Curacao is hot. We just returned from 2 relaxing weeks. Will definitely return!

we really liked how kind the staff was. Rowie was truly helpful and renting our car at the resort was very convenient, Kor the grounds keeper and hard worker also had a friendly smile and helpful when needed. Overall the cleanness of our room and property made being there very enjoyable.

ABC Resort apartments are great, well maintained and very clean with fully equipped kitchen, furnished verandah, two pools to enjoy with beach chairs and cabanas. The host Mireille was welcoming and very helpful. The property has free parking, it’s gated and very safe. A car is essential to enjoy all Curacao’s attractions and to appreciate the island’s beauty. If you don’t have a car you can rent one directly from the ABC Resort. I really enjoyed location, the resort is on the west outskirts of Willemstad, well communicated with city center (Otrobanda and Punda - 15 min drive) and with most of the best beaches also located on west side of the island you avoid traffic of the busy streets of Willemstad when going there. It’s close to a big supermarket and not very far from the airport. If you don’t need a place with ocean view, the ABC Resort is an excellent option to consider, highly recommended.

A great place in Curacao

We had an amazing stay! The accomodation is pefectly located between the city center and the northern beaches with a supermarket and airport a few minute's drive away. The staff at ABC resort was super helpful and a pleasure to interact with. The kitchen had all amenities needed, and the Air conditioning and fans were perfect when it was hot.

We stayed for 10 days in February 2019 in one of the new lodges. The apartment is very spacious, with nice furniture and with a perfectly equipped kitchen. The location is very quiet and right in the middle of everything, airport is 5 mins away, 3 big supermarkets are close too, both nice beaches and the center of Willemstad are at 15 mins drive. Last but not least, the host Josephine was very kind and helped us to have a great vacation on the island. Highly recommended!

The owner was very friendly and greeted us enthusiastically upon arrival. She has done a nice job transforming a place into a lovely little oasis. There were some issues with our apartment such as the stove did not work, which was a bummer because we really wanted to do all our own cooking to save money all week. When we asked where to do laundry, we got a vague answer and never found the laundry facilities, and the "poolside bar" that was advertised as part of the property was not at all operational. The pool was lovely and clean. The furniture in the house was quite uncomfortable, especially the beds, and there were not appropriate sized sheets for the double bed. Also, there was no broom or basic amenities when first arrived such as dishwashing liquid to get started. In general, the owner kept telling us to contact her on WhatsApp, which we are not even sure what that is or how to use it...I think this place has great potential with a little more attention to detail.

Super fijn verblijf gehad in het ABC resort! De service is werkelijk uitmuntend - het personeel denkt echt aan alles. Een bijzonder detail was dat ze zelfs aan de Nederlandse gasten dachten tijdens Sinterklaas, compleet met pepernoten en een gedicht op 5 december. De communicatie verloopt soepel via WhatsApp, wat erg prettig werkte. We hebben ook onze huurauto via het resort geregeld, wat een aanrader bleek: goede kwaliteit auto voor een scherpe prijs. Het appartement zelf is heerlijk ruim met twee fijne slaapkamers, voorzien van heerlijke ruime bedden. De airconditioning werkt uitstekend, wat op Curaçao erg belangrijk is. De keuken is goed uitgerust met een prima kookplaat en een ruime koelkast. Hoewel sommige delen wat gedateerd zijn, zijn de belangrijke zaken gerenoveerd. Praktisch detail: er zijn centrale wasmachines beschikbaar tegen een kleine vergoeding. De ruime badkamer en het algemene comfort maken dit resort tot een uitstekende keuze voor een verblijf op Curaçao. We komen hier zeker terug!

Mooi rustig resort, met hele fijne appartementen. Deze zijn zo ruim van opzet dat je eerder mag spreken van een bungalow. Ze zijn van alle gemakken voorzien en alles is brandschoon. Twee heerlijke zwembaden en een team dat altijd voor je klaar staat. Wij komen al meerdere jaren op Curacao, maar zijn blij verrast een dergelijk pareltje te hebben gevonden. Wij zullen hier zeker weer snel terug komen.

Buen alojamiento en Curaçao. Muy nuevo,cuidado y amplio. El alojamiento es muy tranquilo, dispone de dos piscinas y la comunicación con los encargados es muy sencilla ya que son muy atentos.Esta situado relativamente cerca de las mejores playas de la isla (la mas lejana quizas queda a 40min en coche). Vale la pena!
