A house suitable for families and friends, strategically located close to all places of interest and the airport. Here you will have your privacy and a private pool just for you, always at your disposal.
The table on the outdoor terrace allows you to enjoy the open air, and the deckchair area allows you to sunbathe and dive into the water at your leisure.
The kitchen is well equipped, including a small outdoor BBQ; there is a washing machine and space for drying.
The two main bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning, while the third bedroom is a single and is equipped with a fan. All windows have mosquito nets and can be kept open to let the breeze in. The private garage is shaded. The area is residential and guests are asked to respect the quiet hours at night and in the early afternoon.
USE OF WATER AND ELECTRICITY. The price includes the use of water, which is perfectly drinkable as it is desalinated from the sea, but guests are kindly asked to use it sparingly. The price also includes the use of 15 KWh of electricity per day, which will be charged to the local PAGATINU prepaid system, which can be recharged at almost any gas station.

There is an excellent supermarket in the immediate vicinity, and various public and private beaches such as Blue Bay Beach, Boca Sami Beach, and Kokomo Beach are within easy reach.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Sambil Curaçao. Laundry facilities are available. A kitchen and 2 bathrooms are available in the holiday home.
