We’re in the hospitality industry and travel often, and we truly can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience. From check-in with Marisa, who made everything quick, informative, and seamless, to the warm “welcome home” we received each time from Alexis coming and going — it all stood out. By the end of our stay, we were even getting hugs. Alexis is the absolute best. I’ve never encountered a resort employee so full of life, energy, and genuine passion for what he does. Roland was also such a pleasure — friendly, warm, and always helpful. The restaurant was delicious. We arrived starving and were so pleased with the food. The infinity pool and man-made beach were absolute favorites — peaceful, never crowded, and incredibly relaxing. The location could not have been more perfect. Walking distance to shops, downtown, and restaurants made everything so convenient. This stay exceeded our expectations, and we will absolutely be back again.
Angelique left us the sweetest surprise. There’s nothing like a handwritten note and she had designed it herself with stickers. She’s amazing!

If you’re going to curacao I would definitely recommend staying here. The staff were friendly and helpful. There’s so many shops and restaurants surrounding the hotel, and it’s perfect location if you want to explore willemstad. I will definitely be back!

The resort was super clean. The food was really good within the resort but a little pricey. The staff were super attentive and excelled in giving the best customer service they possibly could. Definitely enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The nice thing about this hotel is its walkable location. It’s close to the bridge and town, where there is great shopping and some excellent restaurants. However, there is no real beach—the beach area is man-made, very small, and becomes extremely crowded. The pool is also tiny. There are very limited food options on site. Aside from a mediocre beach bar and the “5 O’Clock Somewhere” bar—which we found inedible—the only restaurant in the hotel was not good. This is not a resort; it is a hotel, and I received the wrong impression based on what I had seen online. If you’re looking for a resort-style destination, I would recommend staying at the Marriott instead—this is not it. That said, staying here did encourage us to get out and explore the island, which turned out to be the best decision. We were able to visit beautiful beaches, learn more about the island, and truly experience Curaçao. The walkability and central location were definite highlights.
