Safe and beautiful gated community near the beach and many restaurants. This central location allows you to experience all the attractions the island has to offer with ease. The resort is a short min drive from downtown; Otrabanda, Punda and Pietermaai.

The resort is at walking distance from the Parasasa beach, there is a beautiful beach coast walk lane, where people go to walk/bike every morning and evening. If you like to go for walks, this is the perfect spot. Nearby is also the Marriot hotel, which has a great beach and restaurant, as well as Pirate Bay Beach, there are also great restaurants there.
Guest access
Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire apartment and all areas of the property so you can enjoy your stay to the fullest. The unit has its own private front door and porch. The resort is only accessible to residents and guests with a remote-control device, which operates the gate.
Other things to note
If staying for an extended period of time, we can offer cleaning service during your stay, upon request, and at an additional charge. Please consult your host.

Please note that electricity use will be charged separately. As the costs can run up a lot when the air-conditioning's are left on. Therefore, we will check the usage at departure and charge this separately, with normal use the costs will not be much.
