One of the staff members was a bit rude. After departing there was an additional $115 held on card, it then changed to $75, and I was subsequently charged the $75. I have contacted Hampton Inn twice by email to the listed GM, for an explanation of this charge and can get no reply. We took nothing, we had a seizure service dog with us that did no damage, we were only there overnight, there is no logical reason for this charge.
