THIS IS A DUPLEX UNIT WITH A SHARED WALL. Currently, the listing & pics seem to depict the unit as a standalone casita. Also, the filtered search should exclude units with shared walls. You will share a wall with a neighbor. You must also park in a community parking lot & haul your belongings about 200 meters along a dirt path to your unit, there is no drive up parking - also not disclosed in the property details. Lastly, the unit only contains a pour over coffee maker. There is a conventional coffee maker in the common lodge. The lodge can be quite hot in the summer so be the AC is off by default. The casita bathroom is separated by a sliding privacy door with clear glass. There is a drop down shade to obscure the vision, but the shade is sheer, so no toilet privacy. Frosted glass on the sliding door would help. Our stay was pleasant &, fortunately, we had quiet neighbors, no issues with a shared wall/close proximity...but had they been loud talkers, normal sound levels woudlve been intrusive. The unit itself & grounds were very clean and pretty. Very nice furnishings, well-kept. We just find it odd that the "duplex" and lack of drive up parking or ability to unload were lacking from the listing. All basics were up to par and the unit was modern, well lit, & very clean. 3 star rating is due to critical details being left out of the property description - no mention of duplex or walking from a lot. It's a very nice duplex unit, not a "whole house" FYI
