Beautiful area and lots of activities on site I think the rooms could’ve been a bit cleaner the fridge handle was very sticky and dirty and the towels in one of the bathrooms were covered in black specks but other then that small inconvenience it was great and I would go back again. Staff was lovely to deal with more so the women then the men but overall very helpful.

It was very deceiving. We booked a four bedroom suite what we were given was 22 bedroom suites on separate floors. Not a good thing not having elevators in the units was very inconvenient. Getting all of our stuff up onto the top floor. This probably should’ve been considered one building property.

Room was very nice and incredibly spacious! Plenty of room for our family of 5. Check in was quick and painless and we appreciated the ability to text concierge with questions. The resort grounds were beautiful! We loved the pools and the at the cabana were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a 2BR on the bottom floor. All night long we could hear the people above walking around. It was so loud we could not sleep. If you are to stay here make sure you get a third floor room to ensure you do not suffer as we did listening to people walking around above all night long.

There was a heavy smell of marijuana in the hallway. The unit upstairs had children who were runningand jumping around at 10 o'clock at night. There was a large dead bug sitting on the window seal in the hallway. This was definitely not what I expected.

Won’t be returning

The only thing that was good about my stay was the pool. Once we arrived we had issues with our second rooms door lock. They replaced it and it still didn’t work. Nobody offered to move us and the safety of my kids were at risk. They only refund $28 dollars of resort fees but took 5 hours and 3 maintenance men to try to fix a door that couldn’t be fixed. Front desk wasn’t any help either. The beds were not comfortable either. I won’t be back to this resort and I’ll be emailing corporate as well. Big red stain on our floor and they had bags of cleaning products just sitting outside the building all day and nobody picked it up
