The hot tub was broken and that was the main reason we chose this hotel. There wasn't a notification on their website. The front desk clerk seemed grumpy. The room was fine and soundproofing pretty good, but the bathroom was showing its age (rust) and I found a huge grey stain on one of the towels.

The hotel staff were very friendly and we really enjoyed the breakfast! However, the hot tub was way too hot to use, and had a lot of floating debris in the water which was a shame since it was one of the main reasons why we booked at this hotel. Room was clean.

I only ever stay at Hiltons when I travel. The mattress in my room was absolutely horrible. I awoke both mornings with hip pain to where i could barwly get out of bed. It needs replaced. Ive never had this issue at any other Hilton property. Otherwise, besides the fire alarm going off twice in the middle of the night and having to leave the room- again, twice within 90 minutes...everything else was ok.

Staff were absolutely wonderful and so kind! We loved the atmosphere! Breakfast is available with buffet and made to order. Very attentive and the dining area is beautiful and elegant with comfy places to sit to eat! We enjoyed the hot tub and pool that was open 24/7!! We also enjoyed the luxury of having the bar and being able to bring our drinks back to our room since we have a little one! We will definitely be staying here again!! Thanks for the great experience!!!
