The Townes at King’s Creek offers all the amenities of luxury townhome living in two- or four- bedroom designs. Each suite also includes a private sitting area for relaxing at the end of each day. With lots of room to spread out, these fully furnished townhomes sleep six and feature two full bathrooms, including a master bath with a garden tub, two bedrooms, bright sunroom, electric fireplace, wet bar, washer and dryer. The Townes offer two and four-bedroom units. The two-bedrooms with a sofa bed, sleeps 4-6 persons. Four-bedroom (double unit) sleeps 12 with two sofa beds. The Townhomes feature lockout capability (in the four bedroom units), a sunroom, wet bar, electric fireplace, Each two bedroom features two full bathrooms, garden tub, in-suite washer / dryer, available Wi-Fi, flat screen cable TV with DVD player in living room, TVs in all bedrooms and barbecue grills throughout.

The Townes’ kitchens include all cooking utensils and cookware, full-size refrigerator and electric range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender.
