Each town home has one master bedroom with a whirlpool tub, a standard bedroom with a Jack & Jill bath (Shared with living room area). This is a "lock-off" Town home which means its 2 side by side identical units with a common entry door. Each unit sleeps six people and two units combined will sleep up to 12 people. This unit is handicap accessible.

The Townes has a community pool perfect for children of all ages and ample space for sunbathing. King's Creek Plantation is next to Water Country USA, exit to Busch Gardens, shopping, dining, 3 miles from Colonial Williamsburg, and the Yorktown and Jamestown beaches.
