We had an amazing week! The facility is beautiful and perfectly maintained. The staff are fantastic. We especially appreciated Anika in guest services, as well as Renee and Clementina in the coffee shop. We were "stuck" in Antigua due to the airspace closure and the front reception staff were incredible at helping us cope. We have stayed at many all inclusive resorts and this is clearly one of our favorites.

I have been to many resorts but the staff at Pineapple have been 110% the best. The food and outdoor facilities were wonderful. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the room needs to be updated.

what I found that outside the rooms on the (700....) Block ... Bits an pieces of garbage, example: paper, dry old leaves, tissue and dust/rocks that could be tidy up..... Staff: words cant discribe..... I will just say, wonderful, polite, helpful, friendly!

It was the best resort we have stayed. Very clean. Spotless. The staff were genuinely warm and friendly. Ann- Marie and her team were flawless. Great balance in activities and relaxation. We will definitely visit again. Highly recommended.

I was mesmerized by the place I will be visiting next year for two weeks and I’ll I was in room 230 which had a balcony view which when I booked it I requested first floor because of the steps next year I hope to get in that same area but first floor but the place was amazing

I stayed from the 13th to the 16th of November, 2025. The ambience and most of the staff are amazing. However, on my birthday, I went to their Italian à la carte restaurant and the experience was utterly the worst. We arrived at the Italian restaurant 10 mins before our reserved time and were seated 10 minutes after. Our order was not taken until almost half an hour after we were asked by one of the young ladies there. Our appetiser arrived approximately 45mins after which our main course proceeded about 5mins after. However, the server then told us they had forgotten what we had ordered for dessert (keeping in mind our order was written down). We told her not to bother. When we were leaving my friends', I noticed that many of the staff were gathered in a room chatting and laughing. I was disheartened because it was supposed to be my birthday celebration, and the staff served everyone else besides us, even customers who came in after us got their meals before us.

Amazing view from our room of the ocean. The staff are incredibly kind albeit there were a few who were visibly annoyed at even the simplest of requests at the bars. Beach was amazing. Food was AMAZING, the buffet in particular. Honestly no complaints aside from the somewhat dated rooms but that’s if you get one that isn’t renovated.

The staff was super nice and accommodating! The grounds were beautiful too! Food, for the most part, was pretty good too. The not so nice…Bumpy start when they put me in a room with no windows and a solid door that smelled like a basement! They made it right when I asked to be moved, which I appreciated. Not sure why they’d ever put a guest in there, could make the room better by putting in a sliding glass door in. I’ve never been at an “all inclusive” where the mini bar is empty… The rooms can use an upgrade, nothing modern about them.
