We had a great stay in Wilmington for a girls weekend. We enjoyed this property and it’s location near everything we wanted to do. It’s a very comfortable property very clean and very attentive host. We will definitely come back.
This place was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and it was 4 minutes from the Ironman race finish. It’s very close to downtown Wilmington and plenty of street parking. We’d definitely book it again!
This was a nice quiet property close to downtown Wilmington. Most downtown restaurants and nightlife are within a 15 minute walk. I was able to park on the street right in front of the house so parking was never a problem. It’s a great place to stay for a quick weekend get away.
The house was the perfect size for three of us to have a ladies getaway from work and kids! We loved how convenient everything was that we needed to get to. We even talked about coming back when the weather cooled off. The visitor guide and information from the hosts was great! Would definitely recommend the property for a small group.

Family get together
Our son’s family spent a few days with us. We enjoyed our activities included going to crowded Wrightsville beach, delicious meals in Wilmington NC, an exciting tour of the battleship USS North Carolina. It was hot but fun
First off the Good, the place was clean and is in good location. Right between everywhere we needed to go. The checkin/out procedure was great. The amenities were accurate.
The bad, one bathroom. I didn't pay that much attention to that. (My fault). There is no washer/dryer or dishwasher. (Again my fault). Food left in the refrigerator. Dirty window seals. Bed sheets had what looked like dust bunnies on them.
The Ugly, the bathroom has some structural issues. It is on an decline and so is the the kitchen. Speaking of the kitchen, under the rug hid a 3 foot by 3 foot set of planks.
Once that is resolved it would be a lot better.
