Welcome to our quiet neighborhood, Cool Springs, which is situated along Pennsylvania Avenue near our neighbors Ursuline and Padua Academies. Take a stroll down the block to tranquil Cool Springs park with fountains and walking areas and benches to enjoy walking your dog or going for a quick run. Trolley Square is our next door neighborhood with all the best bars and restaurants in the city. Enjoy the close proximity to Trolley Square's social offerings without the parking congestion.
Getting Around:
We are only blocks away from both North and South 95 on ramps, minutes from downtown Wilmington, 9 minutes from Nemours/AI DuPont Children's hospital, 4 minutes from St. Francis and Wilmington Hospitals. We have free street parking, Our street is a double wide street with plenty of spaces.
Other Things to Note:
We do not allow cats on our property. Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis, and with prior approval only. You must pay the $150 pet fee in order to have your reservation approved for your pet. There is a $500 undisclosed pet fee.
