Check in guy, who was also helping with keeping the breakfast area clean the next morning, was great—- Very friendly and informative. The hotel/rooms were clean and breakfast was great!

Too Many Room Swaps

My husband and I have stayed before actually recently with no issues but this time was very different. With each trip wherever we stay before bringing in luggage we check all surfaces including the beds. To our disgust we found a towel soaked with something stuffed under one mattress, the next room they moved us to the bed skirt had a huge mysterious white stain all down the side of it I asked for new one and they housekeeper who came up took pictures but apologized saying they didn’t have another one but they’d move us again. So again we moved rooms and this room had a cup with something molded behind the dresser. We ended up staying in this room because at this point it was the third room and I was very frustrated at this point because we did not have this issue before. It kind of made me sad because this is our favorite spot in this area due to its cleanliness and safety!

Room was welcoming and clean. Bed was comfortable and linen and towels were fluffy.Breakfast was satisfactory. Surrounding area felt safe and convenient to I95.Check in and checkout was quick. I would recommend this facility.
