Love going to Wilmington. Great little town. I’m not sure if the hotel is pet friendly. But it did smell like urine in our room. Did not notice so we came back from out in the evening. Did not want to bother the people at the front desk about it. At that time it was too late for them to do anything anyway. Great staff though.

Our room in this hotel was a little worn looking...the bathroom in particular. Nice area of the city, but quite a few homeless people and addicts roaming around.

Weak Shower Pressure

My stay was comfortable and the staff was super friendly. The elevators stopped working and my room was on the 6th floor, which was a bummer. The shower pressure in the bathroom was very weak (rm 618). This should be looked at by maintenance. If it wasn’t for that my rating would be excellent.
