Complete Disaster Experience waste

Your team and hotel staff has cheated me . They charge me for Breakfast and it was included when I booked the hotel with your website . Their phone in the room was not working and they never enable it. They don’t have a comforter even in the room . They offer me to compensate with just few dollars for breakfast rate that I refused as I booked the hotel for breakfast included . I connect with your team and chat and no one helped me . 1 day early checked out due to terrible room service and they charge more higher tariffs . I need higher price and Breakfast back otherwise I will take some action . I will never book anything with Hotels.com or Expedia . You have cheated me and misinformed me .

A pleasant, comfortable, clean hotel. Staff were very pleasant. The hotel is a bit remote from downtown and situated on a busy highway. There isn't much of interest in the immediate vicinity so you'll need to drive a ways to most places you may want to go to. Otherwise, a good spot to stay, and reasonably good value.

Very easy check in. Peter at the front desk is kind and efficient. The hotel’s been around for a while, but the updates are modern and comfortable. The rooms are average-sized and the bed is very comfortable.

Customer service is everything

I had a great time. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable on different attractions in the area. Kitchen staff was pleasant as well. 5 stars for front desk Daphne, very pleasant, attentive, and her energy and customer service was amazin. Thank u for my stay being a pleasant one.

Room nice and clean, great TV , heat system not so good. Called front desk to have it looked at waited 45 minutes- no one came. During check out I was told why they charged me 50.00 too much but employee was what it seemed to be on a personal phone call at the same time as she was talking to me. Restaurant had a nice menu.., lights so bright- no ambience. Air conditioning on… very cold but it was adjusted when I asked them to do so. I did get my cookie!!
