Great location!

Great location, furniture is well worn but all the essentials were there. It was tricky to get the TV to work but we didn’t spend that much time in the place so not a big deal.

Nice Place Close to Riverwalk

Our family stayed at this location for our vacation to Wilmington. The place was clean and very close to many different shops and restaurants. We walked a lot to various places. The Riverwalk is beautiful. The apartment is small, but was big enough for our family of four! The area is very nice. The owner answered our questions quickly and was great to work with.

Property was in a great location to downtown however as mentioned above the noise level was unbearable. The apartment was older and the bedroom door knob kept falling off. Wouldn't rent this property again due to extreme noise. One would think there would be a noise ordinance

Location, Location!

Location was the best part of this property. The beds were comfy and the place had all the basics needed, but the location was perfect. Walkable to everything, the historic homes, the shops and the water taxis. The Riverwalk was just beautiful!

Cozy apartment in a perfect location.

The apartment has everything you need with views of the river. Neighbors are very friendly and it was wonderful to be able to walk everywhere downtown. Would love to stay again!
