In room coffee pot was obviously broken. Bathroom looked tired. Receptionists were nice. I called this property before going to Expedia and was told there were no rooms available for Saturday night. Fortunately, I was able to book through Expedia. On check-in I found out there were still 12 rooms available.

Amazing hotel and best value in Wilmington

Really lovely hotel. Amazing staff from the front desk to housekeeping and the breakfast staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always providing a smile to the guests. The breakfast was better than other hotels at double the price. This is the best value in Wilmington, and it's not even close. We are building a home in Wilmington and will always stay at this hotel until our house in completed,

My room smell musky only to find out the fridge leaked on the carpet. They moved me to another room the next morning. The new room toilet flush handle was broke. I had to take the lid off to flush it the rest of my stay. It is a old hotel, but they are not putting money into upkeep. If I could get my money back I would.

Hands down best included breakfast we've had. Staff was so helpful, brought back a late dinner and forgot forks! They kindly showed me where I could grab some. We brought our dog with us. All staff had a smile whenever they saw her. We will be back!
