We requested a room change due to the extremely large air handler 5 feet from the window. Front desk said we could not change because we booked through third party (travelocity). The carpet was very dirty, the bath had large gaps in tile.

Noisy rooms/ one unfriendly staff member

Everywhere I looked was very clean. Our room, bathroom and everything was very clean. There was two things that we did not like. 1 the guy at the front desk was not friendly 🙄 at all. When we checked in he never welcome us to the hotel and when we checked out 5 days later he never smile or said thank you for your stay. 2 We could hear everything that was going on in the rooms on each side of us. Walls need to be more sound proof. Would we stay there again? Yes. Would we encourage anyone else to stay? Yes, but we would tell them about the two things I mention and let them decided for themselves.

Soiled linens, creaky bed and unsupportive staff.

Unfortunately, when we arrived, it was in the evening and when we opened the fold out bed that night, we discovered that there was soiled linen, with a dirty bloody napkin on it, and we had to ask the staff to come up and replace the linen. The staff was not very helpful and I had to ask them to actually come into the room to replace the linen. They were more concerned with being on their phones, than helping guests. Also, the guest bed closest to the window was broken and uncomfortable. It squeaked and made noise the entire trip. I’ve stayed at several home 2 suites in the past I never experience these types of issues. It was disappointing to say the least. The hotel was in a positive note in a very convenient location with shopping food and a movie theater within steps, convenient to many other sites and things to do!

Clean new hotel but beds uncomfortable

Very nice clean hotel. Location is perfect close to beaches ans downtown as well as being in the same center as the pointe outdoor mall. The staff was kind expect for the guy that checked us in the first day. He had no peoples skills whatsoever and quite the attitude problem. He was the only guy there and thankfully only saw him that one time. The ladies were are sweethearts. Please fix the side door to go outside that was a pain. Also the bed was very uncomfortable as well as the sofa bed used as a couch. Barely slept to be honest the 6 days we were there due to beinf uncomfortable but honestly that doesnt bother me as much as something else would. But if you need your sleep keep that in mind they really need to change the mattresses so saggy and the queen bed isnt stanard queen they are small. Overall we enjoyed our stay and i would go back despite the negatives.

This hotel was a great experience from start to finish. The property is simple but in a good way. It has everything you need and more without feeling over the top. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and professional. The amenities were convenient and everything worked as expected. While there’s always room for improvement, nothing stood out as a major drawback during my stay. Overall, it was a lovely visit and I would definitely stay here again.
