The hotel does not have enough staff. We asked for room service we didn’t get it. Our room didn’t have a safe, the phone was broken, the lamp was broken, we couldn’t have the blinds open as the other rooms windows opened in our window. The sink and the tub were clogged. I mean clogged the water wasn’t going down at all. We had two body wash bottles rather than a shampoo, so I had to go looking for shampoo with a towel around me since the phone wasn’t working. Asked for a print out of our bill, didn’t get it. they only email and never got an email. Was promised a discount for all the issues and got over charged instead. Still don’t know why since when I called they opened a case number rather than being able to look into it. And they will hopefully get back to me in 5 business days! Our room should have been put out of service. Oh and I forgot, the door lock was broken too. So every time that we opened the door, had to play around with it to be able to close the door. We actually paid much more than other guests who I knew at the hotel so no we didn’t get a deal either. Location is not good either.
