The proper was clean, pleasant smelling lobby. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was awesome. Sadly, I have to report that around 11pm while relaxing in the room (wife already asleep) a bedbug appeared at the foot of the bed she was laying in. These bugs will appear once there in a host expelling carbon dioxide, which was my wife. Hotel staff came up immediately, saw the bug, took pics as proof and found us another room a few floors above and the other side of the hotel. I was up til 2am staring at the bed hoping no bedbugs would appear. Everything else was awesome.

Great stay and friendly staff. Breakfast was great. Neighborhood unsafe and guests cars broken into both nights we stayed. I’d go back to this hotel, but not the city of Wilmington .

Nice retreat from the chaos at the Philly airport

Philly flight was canceled and the hotel was a nice retreat from the chaos of the airport for the night. Check in was smooth and overall amenities were good. Excellent breakfast in the morning was the hi-light.

Very noisy room, no offer to move us so sleep Was terrible and limited. They took $150 for incidentals and days after leaving still not returned. I’m still unsure what these ‘incedentals’ would be as there is no bar or restaurants. Not much around the hotel. Completely overpriced. I would have slept better in a cheapl motel without the noise.
