This property comprises the 2bedroom Annexe and main 5bedroom house, sleeping upto 16.

Winchester 10minutes drive.

The house furnished to a modern standard and has comfortable beds. Linen and bedding is hotel grade and cleaning/ housekeeping is provided weekly when staying for longer than 10days.

There's a cosy snug off the large kitchen/ dining area with log burner and Sky TV.

The large lounge can comfortably seat at least 8 with large TV, DVD player and a beautiful large open fire.

With a large open plan kitchen diner you will be able to socialise with your group whilst cooking in the well equipped kitchen.

The large, open garden has a patio terrace and dining set for enjoying meals in the evening sun.

If it's a bit chilly out, you can still enjoy the sun in the conservatory.

In the main house you'll find five double bedrooms and a walk through sixth bedroom to access the annexe, with en-suite in the main bedroom, including walk-in shower and separate bath tub.

The family bathroom has shower over bath.

There is an additional cloakroom downstairs.

The annexe offers two further double bedrooms, another kitchen and lounge area, as well as shower room and separate WC.

Free parking within the gated driveway - max 5cars.
