Needs better beds and good housekeeping-cleaning.

If you want an affordable place to stay it will work. However, if you want comfy bed, clean room, floors, towels and linens, not a good choice. Facility in desperate need of Good housekeeping, otherwise would be a nice venue due to the location.

Friendly staff. Room was spacious, warm and comfortable. Location was good for Windermere itself and the nearby shops. Breakfast was piping hot and served quickly. Would recommend and stay here again.

Great stay

Great hotel, warm welcome from the lady at reception. Breakfast great, thanks to the chef for being a waiter and the cook! Use of the leisure facilities in sister hotel was great but construction work being undertaken so some areas out of bounds. (Sunday Dinner there was amazing!) Thank you!
