Twelve hundred square feet, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a full kitchen with a marble table that seats six. Franklin is built for two couples or a family that wants everyone under one roof without anyone sharing a bathroom.

Approximately 1,200 square feet: two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, plus an open living and kitchen area and a private deck.

One night stay to deliver ver a car we sold

There is obviously a lot to of remodeling and upgrades going on. New hot tub was not installed. Bathrooms, beds and kitchen were nice. Floors and windows were very dirty. There were no bath washcloths. Perhaps they are not included. The wood exterior side walk is dangerous and needs replaced.
