Great location attached to conference center. Outstanding river view. Comfortable, well appointedroom. However Bed mattress was higher in the middle than the sides. Dresser drawers kept sliding open.

The gym and Pool are not accessible, and information on the closure was not in Expedia at the time of my booking. I stopped by at the front desk on my second day, and I asked for fresh towels, coffee and some cream. Was given only two bath towels and two coffee pods, no cream.

We paid a room deposit on arrival. To be refunded. Its been 9 days with no refund. The hotel says they released the money, RBC doesn't have it. So I am stuck paying an extra . I am sure RBC is not at fault. Questionable ethics with this hotel. No one should use this hotel
