They said they had enough room for our truck and boat for parking, upon arrival they did not so we had to get a different hotel. They said they would call me to figure out compensation for this and they never did… I guess I’m just out 260$ for a hotel I couldn’t stay at

Travelled with kids and we loved it. Easy check in and out. The staff were all friendly, accomodating and helpful especially to the kids. It was a bonus that we got the river view which is gorgeous. It’s also close to amenities and lots of dining options in the area.

Disappointed!

We were told that we could not park onsite and the offsite parking was $10. The room was very hot, and the cooling system was very loud. Our view was to be of the river and downtown Detroit, but it was obscured by a building on either side, so very narrow. The alarm clock in the room was difficult to operate, so we unplugged it. Despite this, it went off at 6am. We mentioned all this but got no support or credit, just $10 off the parking.
