The staff was so friendly & helpful - they made our stay so very pleasant. The manager was so lovely to talk with! The breakfast was excellent, the area nice & clean. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Came here with my son for 2 nights. Place was okay but could use Reno. The first night of our stay was a nightmare. There were kids/teens trying to plank as they knock on our doors then run away at 12am. This was extremely annoying considering we were already sleeping. The next day I brought up the issue to management. The pool was okay;however we couldn't use it on our next day as there was somebody having birthday party and the pool was jam packed. Our room was okay I paid for a king suite for 2 nights but I should have just paid for regular as there was not much difference.

The staff was super friendly and very accomodating. They went out of their way to make our stay as good as possible. The rooms were really nice and clean. Hotel is right beside Walmart and Dollarama and also several different restaurants and a gas station which is great. Literally the only issue was that the parking isnt that great but even that wasn't too bad.

Worth Every Penny

Out of all the hotels I've searched in Winkler, this hotel is the most affordable without sacrificing the comfort and services I was looking for. The amenities were great! The pool area is warm even on snowy days; I got to enjoy the water and well-functioning slide. There was also an available washer and dryer for FREE! My room was clean and so as the lobby and the breakfast area of the hotel. I did not even see any marks of mud (due to the snow conditions) during my stay which speaks volume on how well staff tried to maintin the cleanliness of the hotel. Lastly, the location is the best in Winkler! It is walking distance to the Main Street where there's quite a few selection of restaurants and a 24 Hour Tim Horton's. And if you are in need of groceries and snacks, Walmart and 7-eleven are a minute walk away. I would not even search for any other hotels and will def stay here again when I come back in Winkler in the next couple of years.

All of the staff were so friendly and helpful! The only thing I didn't enjoy was being able to hear the guests in the room next door... They weren't exceptionally loud, it just seemed that the rooms aren't very sound proof. Something to consider if traveling with kids or a light sleeper.
