Was asked if I wanted to upgrade to a newly renovated suite with wood floors for an extra $20. The floor was laminate which caused echos and the lighting was so bright that it felt more like a work space than a hotel room. The TV in the sitting area wasn’t working properly, which was replaced when reported. To top it all off, construction started on an adjacent room after 8am when our 1yr old had just gone to back to sleep. When brought up at checkout, I was told “oh sorry for that”, and still charged the extra $20. Find a different hotel.

The breakfast was very expensive for what you got. Definitely not worth it. The buffet was basically the same breakfast we can get an other hotels like a best western or the holiday inn up the street for free. The hot tub was also not good - way to shallow for an adult. The water line basically sits at your waist. Other than these two things everything else was great. Waterside and pool were the main highlights for the kids. Room was great with two bunk beds for the kids at an excellent price.
