Both the common areas and rooms are getting a bit run down, and the windows were super dirty. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean, but I’m not sure how detailed as there were some clothing tags tucked on top of the shampoo dispenser when we checked in. The shower curtain was missing when we came back to the room for our second night. Front desk staff were polite and helpful.

In fairness, they were dealing with Red Cross evacuees from the fires in Manitoba. Entrance to property was filled with smokers and smelled like smoke and urine. No elevator on property. Curtains had holes and torn at edges.

Good place to stay, handy for the airport. Only issue is the stairs to the 2nd storey. Unusual choice for a place people are going to be carrying luggage.

-Great staff, very helpful and accommodating. -Room appears recently updated, no complaints about the room -free breakfast offers just about anything you could need -the hotel is just a short walk away from Superstore, and that is a very handy thing if you are on foot. -It is unfortunate that there is no elevator to the second floor. They did help us move our heavy luggage up to our second floor room, but if you have mobility issues, or heavy bags, do try to get a ground floor room. -our first night was nice and quiet. Second night the neighbouring room(s?) had a lot of yelling and banging and throwing of things, around midnight, and the police were called and the police weren’t any quieter than the drama they were called to address. Not sure how often that happens, but it kind of ruined the restfulness of the second night.
